The large open plan living/dining area has a TV, DVD and Freeview. A log burner will keep you warm in winter, and the large sliding doors open out onto a BBQ area and deck which is fully fenced for privacy and shelter from the weather.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of room for you to store your supplies. The laundry is situated in the internal access, double garage.
General Room Facilities
There are 3 bedrooms, all have wardrobes. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom (with shower and toilet), and a flat screen TV with Freeview. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk above it.
Car Parking
Outside there is room to park the boat and heaps of off-street parking.
